Prompt Workshop: Registration, Cancellation and Refund Policies
How to Register
To ensure the success of Prompt, registration is limited to 12 adults (18 years or older). These slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Your registration will not be accepted without full payment, unless special payment options, including installments, are made in advance. Call Sara or Beth at 503.796.9224 to discuss these payment options.
Registrations will be processed in the order that they are received. Registering and paying online (or over the phone) is the fastest way to complete a registration. After the 12 slots are filled, we will take names on a waiting list. If space becomes available, we will contact people, in order, from the waiting list.
By paying for the Prompt workshop, registrants agree to these registration, cancellation and refund policies.
Pay Online
Write Around Portland accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express through a secure online payment system on our website. To register and pay online, click here or on the red "Donate Now" button located in the right hand column of our website pages. Follow the instructions and complete the online form. You will be sent an email from Groundspring.org confirming your payment. This will also serve as your registration confirmation.
Pay by Mail/In Person
To register by mail or in person, click here for the registration form you can print out. Complete the registration form, print it and mail it along with a check made payable to:

Cancellation Policy
Write Around Portland reserves the right to cancel the Prompt workshop. Should we cancel, registrants will receive a full refund. We also reserve the right to substitute workshop facilitators, if necessary.
Refund Policy
Write Around Portland will assess a $75 handling charge for cancellations received up to five (5) business days prior to the first day of the workshop. Cancellations received after this deadline will not be refunded. If you are unable to attend a workshop and have not cancelled in advance, your payment will not be refunded.
Individual Workshop Participant Needs
Write Around Portland welcomes all people (age 18 and over) to participate in Prompt. We will make every effort to make necessary accommodations for individuals. Please contact Sara Guest at sguest@writearound.org at least one week prior to the first workshop with requests for specific accommodations.
