Katie Steele is a fiction writer and member of the MFA program at University of Nevada, Reno. In 2019 she began working with Write Around Portland, and has since served as a volunteer and workshop facilitator. She is a fan of horror and speculative fiction. She lives in Reno with her wife and a blue-tongued skink named Joan.
